As co-owner of Precision Physical Therapy and Wellness, Dave takes great pleasure in helping all populations achieve their goals. He works with patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric, as well as athletes starting at middle school ages to the National Football League. His service-oriented approach draws upon evidenced based practices.

He began his career as a certified athletic trainer, and continues to update his education, recently graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western Health Sciences University.

​Dave has extensive sports training experience with wrestling, football, track & field, rugby and martial arts. In his spare time, Dave enjoys surfing, time with his family, and working on projects at home.

She enjoys keeping an active lifestyle and has turned her passion into a career where she looks forward to helping patients of all ages return to what they enjoy most. Kristen also follows the service-oriented approach to guarantee quality care for every person.

​Kristen obtained her B.S. in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and received her Doctorate at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.

Kristen advanced her career in 2015 and achieved a board certification as an orthopedic specialist. In her free time she enjoys running, basketball, tennis, and spending time with her family and friends.

Heather joined Precision Physical Therapy and Wellness in July 2021. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 from Azusa Pacific University and completed her Bachelors of Science in Health, Exercise, and Sport Sciences, with a minor Biology, from University of the Pacific in 2016.

Heather is originally from San Mateo and during her free time she enjoys hiking, surfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She had always loved visiting the Central Coast and knew she wanted to return once she started her career as a physical therapist. 

Heather is a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist, and also earned her vestibular and concussion certification. In the future she plans to pursue an Orthopedic Clinical Speciality to advance her ability to help people recover and get back to doing what they love.

Allison joined Precision Physical Therapy and Wellness in January 2024. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 from Drexel University and completed her B.S. in both Human Physiology and Psychology at the University of Oregon in 2015.

Ally is originally from Livermore, CA. She lived and worked in Philadelphia for 8 years. While she misses Philly's amazing food, she is loving the Central Coast and being close to family. During her free time she enjoys running, learning to surf, and hiking with her shepherd Sam. 

Ally achieved her board certification in Orthopedics in 2023. She enjoys working with a variety of populations with experience in workers compensation, geriatrics, and sports. She enjoys being a part of the patient's rehabilitation journey and facilitating their return to an active and pain-free lifestyle.

More about Brianna

Brianna joined Precision Physical Therapy and Wellness in September 2021. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 from Chapman University and completed her Bachelor’s degrees in Film and Digital Media and Art at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Brianna was born and raised here in San Luis Obispo. In her free time she enjoys dancing ballet, salsa, west coast swing and blues. She also loves hiking and visiting the beach, as well as spending time with her husband and baby boy. 

​Brianna uses her skills in problem solving and movement analysis to treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. She is also trained in vestibular rehabilitation and is LSVT Big certified in order to help patients with Parkinson’s disease. Brianna loves working as a physical therapist because she loves developing a personalized treatment plan for her patients, and gets excited when she gets to see a patient leave feeling less pain, more confident and more optimistic. She is looking forward to building a vestibular rehabilitation program to better serve patients in San Luis Obispo.

Melissa joined Precision Physical Therapy and Wellness in October 2020. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015 from Chapman University and her Bachelors of Science in Exercise science form Hillsdale College in 2012 where she participated in cross country and track and field.

Melissa is a Michigan Native where she lived until completing her undergraduate work. Her love of outdoor activities motivated her to move to California for her graduate work. 

Melissa has additional training in assessing and treating running related injuries. She enjoys working with patients of all ages helping them to return to the activities they enjoy most. She also is a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist.

In her free time Melissa enjoys running hiking, backpacking and snowboarding.
