(San Luis Obispo, CA) Precision Physical Therapy and Wellness, , a premier physical therapy clinic on the Central Coast, is excited to announce the addition of Dr. Brianna Darneal to their team.

​Darneal’s physical therapy expertise is in treating patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. She is also trained in vestibular rehabilitation to help patients with dizziness, vertigo and balance impairments, in addition to being LSVT Big certified to care for patients with Parkinson’s disease. Darneal is passionate about the educational side of physical therapy and teaching patients about anatomy, movement science and treatments. She believes this education empowers patients by giving them “the tools and confidence they need in order to make a full recovery”. 

In 2010 Darneal received a bachelor’s degree in Film and Digital Media and Art from University of California, Santa Cruz. She went to Chapman University to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019. 

When asked why she loves being a physical therapist, Darneal stated that she loves using her “skills in problem solving and movement analysis in order to get to the root of the issue and to then develop a personalized treatment plan for my patients”. She gets excited when she gets to “see a patient leave feeling less pain, more confident or more optimistic”.
